This is what patriotism is all about. People who live and work and make a contribution to this country. They do not want to see anyone repatriated or denied their rights as a citizen because of their colour, race or religion.

They want to live in a country that recognises the differences in society and sees them as a strengh - not a threat. They learn the same lessons and have the same hopes & ambitions for themselves and their families. They have a responsibility to each other and to the community in which they live.

They do not see minorities as something that undermines the country and they do not seek to impose their views, customs or beliefs on each other.

These are citizens. These are people. These are patriots.
